Very gusty today, and cold playing havoc with my fingers. A few massive gusts over 50mph were recorded in the club house - big because it was doubling in speed - they're the ones that give you trouble. I was planing along one time locked in feeling fine then bang, the whole thing took off, that's the rig, board and me included.

Tony's video of yesterday was useful.

I did a few useful gybes today, my trick was to spot a lull and gybe on the edge so it was not honking through into it but it was back again when you wanted to reach back.
